Automatically generate the local history of a person or other event

If a person was known to live in a certain location (or various locations during their life), the system would be able to automatically add the local history of that person to the timeline, showing only the people, buildings and other events that were local to them at the time they lived.

The only input required would be the user deciding a distance of interest (e.g. anything within 30km of the person's location).

This would also work for any other event with a known location. For example, you may wish to generate the local history of a bridge, allowing you to see how the world around that bridge has changed since it was first built!

Note: this functionality is already available to some extent, but the user has to construct the Wikidata queries themselves. The feature would still be using Wikidata, but the system would construct the queries for the user instead.
